I recently took a photography class. I always felt as if my pictures on my blog were good, but I wanted them to be great. Taking the photography class definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone of using auto or the preset functions. I wanted to use my camera in manual mode. I asked my husband to purchase a 50mm lens for my Christmas gift last year.
The 50mm lens has sat since Christmas, my excitement and nervousness grew everyday as I would passed it. Oh, how I want to use you I thought. But I am clueless on where to begin, I tried to review Youtube videos. But I’m old school, I love a classroom setting to receive that instant feedback. The photography class had a deal I could not pass up. In the class I learned all the technical functions of my camera, It was the first time when I used my advanced lens and felt comfortable. So I decided to take a few pictures every week to share with you on my photography journey. – Hence Wordless Wednesday is born.
