Try it out Tuesday is a creative concept I developed through my quest to try new things. I love to step outside of the box, whether it be at the grocery store, restaurant, or coffee shop. Trying something new is what I do! This week, While I was shopping at the grocery store I had a hunkering for something sweet. So I slowly perused down the freezer aisle looking for a “new” dessert to try. I had to think quick, Because with every step temptation was staring me in the face. The ice cream caught my attention, What to try..What to try? Haagen Dazs ice cream special edition, Can it be?
Salted Caramel Truffle ice cream, Doesnt that sound delicious? As I sat for a minute and ponder, whether I should purchase this ice cream or not. I was quickly snapped into reality when my daughter said, “Mom, What are you doing?” I replied, “I am buying this ice cream, Honey.” “Wow!”, I thought. Sweet caramel and salty goodness, I can’t wait.
There is swirls of salty caramel, delicious vanilla ice cream, and chocolatey truffles with caramel in the inside.
Review: I feel in love with this ice cream, from the first bite all taste buds are exploding; salty, sweet, bitter, and pure yumminess. The salty caramel taste is like a buttery wether’s original caramel with a dash of sea salt. The vanilla ice cream is just divine, and the truffles are little bits of chocolatey goodness with a dah of caramel in the inside. My verdict: You will be addicted from the first bite so please buy with caution.
