Last October, I attended the Farm to Food tour sponsored by the Kansas Farm Bureau. It was an amazing opportunity to take a deeper view into the lives of farmers and learn about how our food truly goes from farm to table. The passion, work ethic, sacrifice and love that goes into each seed is felt when you speak with farmers about their crops.
While on the tour we learned about GMO’s known as Genetically Modified Organisms. There is a lot of debate on if GMO’s are good or bad for you. Now seeing that I am not the expert of GMO’s I cant give you solid advice. But what I can do is tell you about a fun, food & information filled event that can.
