I am so excited to have a “Taste” event in my city. I have gone to the “Taste of Chicago” several times and always envied that it’s never held in my city. When I found out, The Pitch was bringing the “Taste” to Kansas City; I was over the moon excited. I will be attending the event and hope to see you there. The event will include over 25+ local restaurants and a culinary competition with 6 local chefs. I have my fingers crossed that wet-naps will be given out.
My husband and I have scheduled a date night for the evening and the grandparents have been called. (fingers-crossed for no cancellations) I’m looking forward to sampling foods from all over the city. The weather is predicted to be absolutely beautiful that evening.
The event will be held on Thursday, May 22nd. The event starts at 6:00pm with ticket pricing ranging from $30 for general admission and $40 for VIP admission (If you are the first 100 to arrive for VIP you will be given a gift bag worth $100). The event is perfect for a date-night, girls night out, or just to get out of the house night.
FYI- The tickets are selling out fast! So be sure to purchase your tickets now! If not, You will be licking your cellphone screen as I post pictures while at the event.
