A few weeks ago, I went to the grocery store and was about to purchase a rotisserie chicken out of the deli. But then I thought…maybe I can make this at home. I begin to scour the internet and after a few misses I found a hit! I loved it so much I am sharing it with you. This recipe is definitely a “No Fail Rotisserie Seasoning”. - 3/4 cup kosher salt (I use Sea Salt)
- 1/4 cup paprika (I use Smoked Paprika)
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
Mix all ingredients in a food processor for a smoother texture.
Store in a air-tight container and Enjoy!
