I was so excited to attend a Fashion show in Kansas City, Where I was born in raised. Most people assume that the midwest folk’s all live in the sticks and talk with a twang. Not true! Kansas City represented last night by having an amazing fashion show that premiered the city’s top/talented designers. The event was hosted by Host for KCTV 5 Better Kansas City Kelly Jones and Miss Kansas Teen Aly Klinzing.

The event last night was sold out! Wowzers, I did not think that was possible. But then again, Kansas City always seems to surprise me in one way or another. I just so happened to snag a seat in the 2nd row, right behind Ms. Kansas. I really wanted to ask her, “Can I try on your crown?” But I’m sure that’s not appropiate. Alright, On to the fashion

The show took a brief intermission were I got a chance to meet the humble, personal, and beautiful – Miss Missouri USA and Miss Missouri Teen. These ladies were so sweet and gracious, a perfect fit to represent my state.
- I also met the beautiful and personable Miss Kansas USA. We chatted for a few moments, She is the camera girl, you can call your girlfriend.
