A few weeks ago, I attended the Farm to Market Bread Company’s Food Art Competition. While, there I fell in love with a beautiful and unique bird sitting in a nest all made of bread. It was an amazing breaded sculpture. I selected them as the winner on my ballet. I hope they won.
The name of the company that created this amazing bread sculpture is called Little Freshie. Little Freshie is located just north of downtown Kansas City. So, What is Little Freshie? Little Freshie is a hand crafted Soda Foundation and Espresso Bar. The bar is not like Happy Day’s, But a modern and clean little place that you can hang out for a quite date or just hang out.

I purchased the seasonal special Spicy Ginger Cider ($3.25). The sweet and slightly tart cider warms your tastebuds while the spicy ginger adds a spicy kick. After drinking this amazing little drinks, I will I ordered for larger size.

If you are looking to find a refreshing and unique place outside of the usual Starbucks. Then be sure to try local soda foundation and espresso bar Little Freshie. The menu offers unique and usual, but delicious flavors that leaves you wishing you tried more. Little Freshie also has housemade bakery treats to pair with your drinks. I suggest that you dont walk, but run to Little Freshie. It’s the type of place that will leave you saying to your friend, “Hey, Want to do lunch at Little Freshie?”
