Around the holiday’s I tend to have more of a sweet tooth, with that being said I selected something sweet again. I love to shop at my local Home Goods usually for home decor finds. But this week I decided to check out their food isle. Dare I say that I am in love? If you are a cook, want to be cook, or iron chef in your head like me, then you will love the food isles at Home Goods. I saw tons of chef inspired items from, expensive salts, gourmet vanilla, oils for days, and sweet and savory treats.
While in the isle, there was one thing that caught my eye… POPCORN – Pops-A-Lot popcorn that is. This brand of popcorn had a catchy name – Brazilian Samba (sounds exotic doesn’t it), which consisted of all natural air popped popcorn, clandestine caramel with cashews. The price was within my budget at a price point of only $2.99. Which is cheaper than the website where cans of popcorn range between $39.00-$72.00 (Ouch)
Let’s talk taste shall we… This popcorn was light and airy. The caramel was not too sweet or buttery – just perfect. The cashews were cashews. All in all, I found this to be a great anytime snack. I would purchase it again.
